I am Katherine Fox.

Who I Am

I am a calm, steady leader and a matriarch in my family — a woman shaped by more than four decades of executive leadership and nonprofit work. I am a certified DreamBuilder Coach, I hold a Master's degree, and I was formerly licensed as a Social Worker.

My Story Is My Credential

I became a CEO at 26 with no roadmap and no one ahead of me on the path. I relocated for my career more than once as a single mother with no safety net, building community wherever I landed — through my church, and through the kindness of other women who became family.

I was caregiver to my husband, and I am now a widow. I lost an adult daughter to cancer. I have walked through my own health challenges and found, on the other side, a faith that holds and a life still worth designing.

I am not your coach because I have a certificate. I am your coach because I have succeeded in a life full of challenges.

Why I Coach

I believe the God-given power in every woman is greater than she realizes. Most of us were never taught to listen for it, let alone build a life around it.

Using the DreamBuilder methodology, I work with women 40 and above — women who are between chapters, who have raised the children and led the teams and weathered the storms, and who are ready, quietly, to dream again.

That is sacred work. And I would be honored to walk it with you.
